Burrill Track

Burrill Track is on the beautiful Great Barrier Island, in the Okiwi area and was formed in the 1970's by miners prospecting for copper.

Description: Burrill Track is on Great Barrier Island  in the Okiwi area. This track begins at Mabey Rd climbing steeply to the central ridge, you then follow the ridge north to Tataweka and return the same way. The track was formed in the early 1970's for mining prospecting access for copper.
