Don't miss the Hastings Farmer's Market

The oldest farmer's market in the North Island New Zealand held every Sunday morning at the Hastings showground in the Hawke's Bay.

Not to be missed - this regular Sunday morning market follows the seasons open every Sunday morning.

Whatever the time of year you will be able to buy the latest fresh produce - apples, peaches, pears, plums, fresh salads, walnuts, and local tomatoes, pumpkins - fabulous breads and pastries, Hawke's Bay wines, fresh sauces, Te Mata mushrooms,  great coffees, Holly Bacon, Woodburn venison, bacon sandwiches.

There are over 70 stalls in the height of summer. Local performers play music in the open air and you can enjoy tastings and coffees - all Hawke's Bay grown.

From Labour Weekend, the end of October, there is also a grower's market on Saturday mornings at Black Barn winery in Havelock North.
