Just 50 steps from Parua Bay Cottage is a private, sandy beach suitable for swimming, fishing and relaxing. Walking tracks are on the 20 acre property.
The renovated historic cottage has plenty of space for a long summer holiday. There are two bedrooms, a lounge with open fire, dining room, kitchen, bathroom and full laundry. The convenience of Sky TV, wireless internet and cell phone coverage are provided.
A mooring for boats up to 10 metres is available just in front of the cottage and launching at the boat outdoor club just 7 minute drive.
Bream Head Reserve, Ocean and Pataua beach and wilderness walks are close. This region is a paradise for swimming and surfing. Fishing or diving trips can be arranged to the Hen and Chicken Islands. Pines Golf Course is 5 minutes drive.
There is plenty to do right on the property with two kayaks provided for kayaking, bush walking, bird watching, beach activities. Children and/or dogs are most welcome.
