Australian Motorcyclist Best Overseas Ride

The March 2016 issue (#37) of Australian Motorcyclist editor Stuart Woodbury named the ride from Queenstown to Glenorchy as his favourite overseas ride.

On page 46 of this issue, the editor of Australian Motorcyclist, Stuart Woodbury, nominated the road between Queenstown and Glenorchy as "Stuart's Best Road Overseas."

Central Otago Motorcycle Hire are superbly positioned to offer Australian visitors a fly-ride service. Fly direct to Queenstown from Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane and leave the rest to them.

Dave and/or Janeen will pick you up from the airport, take you to their base only 35 minutes away, kit you out in riding gear, help with trip planning, and send you on your way if that is what you want.

They can provide accommodation, trail options into the Central Otago hills rising behind their location including the highest public road in New Zealand, and of course equip you with the bike of your choice for riding the Queenstown-Glenorchy route. Other great rides in the immediate area are the Crown Range, Haast Pass to the West Coast, Linsis Pass to the MacKenzie Country and Mount Cook, or a loop to Invercargill to take in Transport World and the World's Fastest Indian at E Hayes & Son hardware store.

What better way can a motorcyclist escape the Aussie traffic and get a New Zealand experience - all in the space of a long weekend or more. Choose Central Otago Motorcycle Hire for an experience you will want to repeat over and over again.
