Yale University a cappella group skydives from 12,000ft

Six members of the Yale University ‘Whiffenpoofs’ a cappella group visited the NZONE Skydive dropzone to skydive from 12,000ft over Queenstown.

Members of the Whiffenpoofs the world’s oldest and best known collegiate a cappella group from Yale University made a visit to the NZONE Skydive dropzone in Queenstown during their 2015 tour of New Zealand.

On their last day in Queenstown six ‘Whiffs’ made the plunge from 12,000ft over the ‘Adventure Capital of the World’ and experienced the sheer adrenaline rush of skydiving.

While still on a high after their skydive the ‘Whiffs’ treated everyone at the NZONE Skydive dropzone to an impromptu a cappella performance.
