Payment & Ticketing: Ticket must be purchased at least 2 day prior to travel. Bookings made online must be purchased immediately with credit card. Only Canadian based credit cards with Canadian billing addresses are accepted. Prices are in Canadian dollars and offer is available in Canada only. Electronic Tickets will be issued on all eligible routes and sent to the email address provided in the booking process. Flights with Air New Zealand (NZ) Air Canada (AC) designator qualify for electronic tickets. If paper ticket(s) are required these will be sent to the credit card billing address only. No waitlists are permitted. Prices are subject to change at any time. We want to provide you with the most competitive fare deals in a fluctuating marketplace and because of this, prices may go down. We are not able to provide refunds or rebooking if a lower fare becomes available.

Cancellations/Changes: Changes are permitted for $150 CAD change penalty per adult/child subject to booking class availability. A service fee of $50 USD per person will apply to changes. fare is non-refundable. May be used as credit towards payment of another Air New Zealand fare provided the new fare is greater or equal to the value available for exchange. For No -shows ticket value is forfeited. Other restrictions may apply.

Stopovers: in Auckland and Rarotonga at no extra charge. Add stopover in Queenstown at no additional charge. All other stopovers within New Zealand are permitted at $150 each, subject to direct air services between two points, and must be purchased at the same time as the International airfare. Routings must be in a continuous direction with no back-tracking permitted.

Frequent Flyer: Frequent Flyer accrual is not permitted with this fare type on any programs other than Airpoints.

Minimum/Maximum Stays: No minimum stay and maximum stay is 12 months.

Children/Infants: Accompanied children 2-11 years pay 100% of the adult fare. Accompanied infants under two years of age not occupying a seat pay 10%. Only one infant discount per adult passenger. For information regarding services for young children, services for young children.
