As featured in 'National Geographic Traveler' magazine, Larch Hill is built on an secluded elevated site overlooking the blue waters of Lake Wakatipu & is surrounded by spectacular mountains.

It is a short three minute drive from the centre of Queenstown. Public transport passes the street regularly.

All rooms & sundeck have spectacular lake and mountain views. Our dining area opens out onto a sunny courtyard surrounded by cottage gardens.

Our breakfasts include homemade bread, freshly baked croissants, yoghurt, fresh fruit salad and freshly percolated coffee and tea.

All rooms have their own bathroom (ensuite or private). FREE WiFi.
