What’s better than skiing one mountain? Skiing lots of mountains of course. New Zealand’s original multi-mountain pass, the Licence to CHILL allows you to ski or snowboard up to 12 mountains in the South Island as we believe you can never have too much choice.
The Licence to CHILL multi-mountain pass is internationally renowned as it accesses club and commercial ski areas. Club skiing is synonymous with skiing in New Zealand and what the areas lack in facilities they more than make up for in atmosphere and soul. The commercial fields offer a more mainstream experience and are better suited for families and first timers. The beauty of the pass is you can choose where you want to ski based on your ability, desired facilities, weather conditions and most importantly, snow conditions.
The full range of passes are available on www.chillout.co.nz
CHILL 11 Passes are available in 5, 7 & 10-Day options and reward you with not only choice but also a discount if you were to buy lift tickets for each of those days.
The mountains accessed on the CHILL 11 passes are:
Huranui/Kaikoura District (Top half of the South Island)
If you’d like any more information just check out chillout.co.nz or get in touch with the CHILL Crew. They love skiing just as much as you do. They’re the authority on club field skiing so be sure to get in touch if you’d like any on mountain accommodation information or rope tow tips/equipment. If you're near a snow shop drop in and ask for a copy of the CHILL Mag, it's the bible of skiing and snowboarding the smaller fields in the South Island, alternatively you can view it online.
