Payment Terms All rates are quoted in NZ dollars on a per night basis and include 15% GST. All accounts must be settled directly with Anchorage Resort in New Zealand dollars. The prices indicated are per room, for the number of people and the date(s) selected previously, unless otherwise specified (packages). The price advertised might not be the same price charged to the credit card account due to exchange rate fluctuations.
A cancellation fee equal to 100% of the total charge will be charged for cancellations received within 48 hours of arrival. A no show fee equal to the total value of the accommodation will be charged for accommodation not taken up and where no cancellation is received within 48 hours of arrival. In the event of non payment Anchorage Resort reserves the right to charge the guarantors credit card (supplied at the time of booking).
