Our cooking day starts with coffee and a little something, then we settle into the kitchen and get going - the groups are small, up to twelve, so no trouble asking questions or getting involved, this is a team effort to get lunch made. Jo takes the group through all the recipes, which are yours to take home along with the smart apron, and there's always something tricky, for the people who already know a lot, as well as at least one basic recipe for beginners. Once everything's cooked, the class tastes the range of Palliser wines before enjoying the fruits of our labours over a leisurely lunch with wine.
