A one night advance deposit is required to confirm a booking. Bookings cancelled 4 weeks prior to arrival the deposit paid will be refunded less an administration fee of NZ$ 25. Cancellation between 2 weeks and 4 weeks prior to arrival the one night deposit paid becomes non-refundable. Cancellation 2 weeks prior to arrival or during the stay 100% of your total booking cost.
