A deposit equivalent to one night’s tariff is required to secure all bookings.The price advertised might not be the same price charged to the credit card account due to exchange rate fluctuations. For Special Event & Public Holiday periods, payment is required in full no later than 30 days prior to arrival date. Also refer to any conditions specific to the room rate you are booking. Payment is required in full prior departure if not already done so.

All reservations are accepted in good faith & we reserve the right to reconsider the availability of a current booking, and/or charge an administration fee of $50 should you reduce the length of your stay. All cancellations & amendments must be received in writing no later than 7 days prior to arrival date. Cancellations received less than 3 days prior to arrival date will forfeit one nights’ tariff with the total amount of accommodation being charged in the event of no shows and cancellation.
