We charge a refundable $500 security bond on booking.

A $500 security bond is payable to confirm dates. The bond will be refunded at the end of stay less any cost for damage. Full rental value is due 4 weeks prior to arrival. 100% Cancellation takes effect within 2 weeks prior to arrival for any nights cancelled.
