We take a night's deposit when booking is made. We need one weeks notice for every night booked or that night is charged, If guests cancel 8 days or more we take a 5% handling fee only.
The Great Ponsonby Arthotel is a renovated villa in a heritage neighbourhood and was established over 20 years ago.
Beautifully decorated with original New Zealand & Pacific Island artworks, filled with books, magazines, music and tribal rugs, you will feel at home and relaxed in our welcoming environment.
Set within a lovely garden alongside a park there are 11 rooms to choose from (either villa rooms, courtyard studios or spacious suites). We offer you a unique and personal experience when you come and stay with us.
You will find each room has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Included in the room rate are our legendary breakfasts made from wholesome home-made ingredients, unlimited Wi-Fi, parking and daily newspaper.
