Payment may be made with a major credit card. A deposit of 30% is required upon confirmation of booking. The balance is due upon arrival. In the event of cancellation more than 15 days in advance of the arrival date, the deposit will be refunded. For cancellations 15 or fewer days before the arrival date, the deposit is not refundable.
Homewood Bay Lodge offers luxury accommodation in a unique setting featuring solitude and anonymity in the Marlborough Sounds amidst a private nature reserve. Enjoy breathtaking views and exclusive use of the 1100 acre reserve with its 4 miles of waterfront. Solitude and relaxation are at your disposal. Discretion is assured.
The Lodge offers three luxury guest suites, with superb vistas of the Sound. All meals are included, paired with featured wines of the famous Marlborough wine region.
