• Weitere Preisangaben: Reservation Conditions • All Accommodation (Rooms & Camping Sites), rates and conditions are subject to change at any time and without notice. • Reservations are confirmed on receipt of the full deposit. • A paid deposit is your confirmation that you have read and accept these terms and conditions. • Deposits are generally a minimum of one(1) nights stay or 50% of the total tariff , whichever is highest value and are payable within seven(7) days of making the reservation. • The balance of all reservations are payable in full on arrival. • Rooms and Camping Sites are alotted at the discretion of management who reserve the right to alter or cancel tenancy at any time if necessary. • Campervans, Caravans and RV's must have a current Electrical Warrant Of Fitness. Tents or vans requiring power must have an approved RCD safety switch with 10 metre power cord camping type plug. Management reserves the right to unplug any connection that does not comply with regulations. • Reservations are a contract between Rotorua TOP 10 Holiday Park and the person named on the reservation and is not transferable to any other person. This means that the person named on the reservation must occupy the camping site or room for the duration of the contract and is responsible for all occupants and visitors of that camping site or room. • Cheques are only accepted by prior arrangement only and must be paid fourteen(14) days prior to arrival. • Minimum stay periods may apply during weekends, public holidays, school holidays and during events. Pets/Animals • With the exception of medically certified guide dogs, pets/animals are not permitted. Groups • You are considered a group if you book more than one(1) room or camping site. • A good behaviour bond is required for all group bookings. • There is to be one person in your group who is ultimately responsible/liable for group behaviour and damage. Children • A person is considered a child/children if they are aged from one(1) year old to fourteen(14) years old inclusive – where child rates are offered. There is no charge for children under one(1) year old.Damages • Management will charge additional costs for damages and/or additional cleaning required to Rotorua TOP 10 Holiday Park property.Holiday Park Policies • Reception hours are 8am – 8pm Summer (November to May) and 8am – 7pm Winter (June to October). • Arrival Time is 1pm on day of arrival and departure time is 10am promptly on day of departure. • All facilities are provided for guest use only. Visitors are not permitted to use any facilites. • Consideration to other guests must be shown at all times. • All roads in the park are primarily footpaths. Conduct • To ensure all of our guests have a great holiday, we expect common sense and consideration to be shown at all times, to other guests, staff and management. • Reasonable Behaviour and standard of dress is required at all times. • Children must be controlled by a parent and supervised at all times. • Excessive drinking and parties will result in eviction from the Holiday Park. As a guide if you can be heard more than a camping site or room away you are too noisy. • There is NO SMOKING in any building in the Holiday Park. • There is to be no noise between 9:30pm until 7am. • Any breach of rules will result in eviction from the Holiday Park without refund at the discretion of the reception staff. • Management reserves the right to refuse admission to any person and to remove from the Holiday Park any person, which in their opinion, does not conduct themselves in a decent and reasonable manner. No refund will be made in such circumstances. Vehicles • Vehicle (including bikes) speed within the park is to be walking pace at all times . DEAD SLOW, LIVE CHILDREN. • One(1) Vehicle per camping site or room only which is to be parked on own camping site or room only. Any additional vehicles/trailers/boats are at management discretion only and must be notified to us on booking. • Bicycles – Absolutely no bicycles are allowed in rooms. We can provide secure overnight storage just ask at reception. Visitors • All visitors are at the sole discretion of management at all times. • Visitors must call in at reception on arrival and complete the visitor register. Do not be offended if visitors who have not registered at reception are asked to leave. • Visitors cars are to be parked where directed by Rotorua TOP 10 Holiday Park reception staff. • Use of Rotorua TOP 10 Holiday Park facilities is strictly for paying guests only. • Visitors are to depart the park by 7:30pm. • Any visitors are your responsibility and any charge for extra guests if not paid by them will be your responsibility. • During peak periods visitors may not be allowed. • Limitation of Liability • You agree that neither Rotorua TOP 10 Holiday Park nor any of its representatives or agents shall be liable to you or any other person for any loss, injury or damage whatsoever to any person or their belongings or otherwise arising out of or in connection with the offer and/or supply of goods or services by Rotorua TOP 10 Holiday Park or any third parties (including but not limited to the supply of accommodation, transportation or other services) resulting directly or indirectly from any occurrences including breakdown/faults in equipment, strikes, theft, delay or cancellations or changes in itinerary or schedules etc. • Rotorua TOP 10 Holiday Park nor any of its representatives or agents do not accept any liability whatsoever and shall not be liable to you or any other person for any injury, damage, loss, delay, additional expenses or any distress, disappointment or inconvenience caused either directly or indirectly by any events or acts or omissions which are beyond their control, including but not limited to war, civil commotion, fire, flood, acts of god, act of government or other authorities, industrial action or accident or failure of machinery or equipment.
