Minimum age is 10 years, participants aged 14 years and under require parent / guardian signature. Minimum weight is 30kgs per person, maximum weight is 150kgs per person and combined total weight for tandems is 180kgs.
To cancel your booking, please phone 0800 286 4958 as soon as possible. Cancellation more than 48 hours in advance = 100% refund. Cancellation less than 48 hours in advance = Non-refundable. You can change the date of your booking, at no cost, up to 48 hours in advance. Booking changes within 48 hours will incur a $50 change fee. If you fail to arrive for your scheduled book time your booking will be non-refundable. Please check your activity details carefully for your report time.
