The North Canterbury Food & Wine Trail showcases the best North Canterbury wine, food and produce – from world class Waipara wineries to cooking schools, and fresh produce.
Located just 30 minutes north of Christchurch, the North Canterbury Food and Wine Trail encompasses the towns of Rangiora, Oxford, Waipara, Hanmer Springs – and everywhere in between.

This region is bursting with amazing local produce and food artisans, and is a must for lovers of fine food and wine.

Highlights include:

• Waipara Wine Region: indulge in some wine tasting with world famous wine makers, including Waipara Springs, Pegasus Bay, Fiddlers Green, The Mud House, Greystone Wines and Torlesse Wines
