233 Fibre Arts Studio is the home of weaver Elizabeth Ann and displays work by Whangamata Spinners & Weavers Group. Ann is a member of the Creative Whangamata Arts Trail, directory available. Tours of the artists in this group can be arranged.
Elizabeth Ann is primarily a weaver. The studio at 233 is open to view and buy work by herself and other members of the Whangamata Spinners and Weavers Group. You are welcome to see Ann at work and if you have time, to learn a little about the craft. She can arrange group demonstrations of spinning, weaving, felting, crochet and other creative fibre activities on request.
A three day residential course for beginning weavers can also be organised. Come and visit the studio, you are assured a warm and friendly welcome.
