Please note that the trip may get cancelled if the weather conditions are not appropriate. We request you to confirm 24 hours prior to the date of trip. If the trip is cancelled due to weather conditions, your charge will be credited back 100% in the NZ$ amount received by us. Note that foreign exchange rates vary on a daily basis so there could be a small difference in what is re credited back to your overseas account/credit card.
