Alpha Domus was established in 1990 to produce premium wines from an immaculate 20-hectare vineyard in the Bridge Pa sub region of Hawkes Bay.
Alpha Domus, located in the heart of the famous Bridge Pa sub-region, has been quietly getting on with the job of producing stunning exclusively estate-grown wines close to twenty years. Founded by the Ham family, Alpha Domus is renowned for its range of AD wines produced only in outstanding vintages in limited quantities.
The range includes the flagship ‘The Aviator’ - considered by experts to be one of New Zealand’s best Bordeaux - style reds’ an elegant barrique fermented Chardonnay and the delicious botrytised ‘Noble Selection.’
The attractive winery in the midst of the Ham Family’s 20-hectare vineyard should be a compulsory visit on any wine trail.
