Alpure Peaks offers backckcountry ski and snowboard charters in their converted snow groomer to intrepid skiers and snowboarders.
Imagine no queues and your group of up to 10 people with your own private skifield of 2600ha (6500acres), with a maximum vertical run of 650m (2160ft), conditions permitting.
Alpure Peaks is 20 minutes from Fairlie which is on the inland tourist route between Christchurch and Queenstown. Fairlie is 2.5 hours from Christchurch & 3.5 hours to Queenstown.
Alpure Peaks operate snowcat charters during the winter season from June to mid-October. Cat skiing is a cost effective alternative to heli skiing, and you get 8 - 9 runs in a day. Alpure Peaks can cater for up to 10 people per day.
