Aro'a Cottage is a self-contained cottage that sleeps four people, at McLeod Bay, a beautiful beach on the Whangarei Harbour in Northland.
The private, cosy, quiet cottage is situated behind our house which is across a no-exit road to the beach.
It is north-facing with unrestricted views of Mt Manaia and Mt Aubrey. The beach is safe for swimming and all water-related activities.
There is a children's playground along the beach. Two surf beaches and the Pines Golf course are only 15 minutes drive. Lovely bush walks & spectacular views of the harbour & ocean from Mt Manaia or Mt Aubrey & other designated tracks.
A general store, Country Club, cafe & takeaway food within a few minutes walk or drive. 30 minutes to Whangarei City.
