Aroha B&B is set in beautiful grounds with formal rose garden, water feature and doves. Although located only 1 km from centre of 'Friendly Feilding', it is very quiet and peaceful. This B&B is well reviewed and the hosts try to live out the meaning of the Maori word Aroha which means love, compassion, empathy, by taking a personal interest in their guests.
Feilding has the biggest sheep and cattle Sale Yards in the Southern Hemisphere, and tours are available every Friday at 11am. These are working, fully operational Sale Yards, and vital to the economy. Feilding is an Edwardian themed town, with lots of boutique shops and cafes, no parking meters, traffic lights, or shopping malls.
