Arthur's Pass YHA, Mountain House Cottages

Situated in the heart of the mountains in Arthur's Pass National Park. We offer two, 3 bedroom cottages, off the Main Road in an alpine setting with great views all around. You can hear the call of Kiwi at night and see Keas and other birdlife during the day. Spectacular day walks. Local lakes provide challenges to anglers.

Each cottage is self contained with a warm log fires. There is plenty of firewood and linen, warm duvets and towels are supplied. Sleeping capacity varies between 6 and 8 persons.

One of the cottages is wheelchair friendly and has a ramp from the parking area and an accessible toilet and shower area.

We also have a YHA Hostel in the centre of town if you prefer budget doubles/twins and shared rooms.
