Avalon was built in 1914 as a manse. We have 2 Double Rooms which are large with ornate plaster ceiling, both a Queen and Single bed, with cosy feather down duvets and electric blankets to warm those tired bones. Each room has its own TV, DVD, Tea & Coffee facilities. You can choose to have your continental breakfast in the comfort of your room or get to know us in the guests lounge.
We are located close to Dunedin's Tourist Attractions. The gateway to the Peninsula with it's abundance of wildlife and scenery. A stroll to St Kilda beach, Golf Course, Restaurants & playgrounds for the children. 5 minutes by car to Dunedin city, with it's shops, Art Gallery, Restaurants and cafes. Not to mention that beautiful architecture.
