For 29 years Barbary, once owned by Hollywood actor Errol Flynn has offered fun, adventure and character on Great Lake Taupo.
Maori Rock Carving Cruises depart daily at 10.30am, 2.00pm & 5.00pm. (*5.00pm cruises are during Daylight Savings hours only). Duration 2 - 2.5 hours. Enjoy a complimentary sausage sizzle and glass of wine or beer, assist the crew with sailing, learn about Lake Taupo’s history and maybe even take a swim in the lake.
Barbary's Movie and Gourmet BBQ Cruise departs daily at 8.00pm (available December to April). Cruise the lake whilst capturing the sunset, enjoy a gourmet BBQ and a complimentary glass of wine or beer, relax into a luxury bean-bag with a blanket and watch a Blockbuster movie on the 3 metre screen.
