When Blanket Bay opened in December 1999, it heralded a new chapter in the history of luxury lodges in New Zealand.
Situated at the northern end of Lake Wakatipu, the lodge is built in the grand style of the finest alpine lodges.
Accommodation is provided in four intimate lakeside rooms and three sumptuous lodge suites. Two chalets offer four additional luxury suites and staterooms.
The lodge has several dining options with an emphasis on providing intense, sun ripened flavors of Pacific Rim cuisine.
