Remedial massage therapy, we use deep tissue and myofascial release techniques to provide a treatment to effectively promote muscle recovery from over use and its inherent shortening.
Treatments start at half an hour, ie neck and shoulder or leg and lumbar, an hour is usually enough for a whole body treatment.
We have experience with headaches and neck and shoulder issues - but have worked with many of our local and visiting elite and beginer athletes of all disciplines. Come and get fixed not fluffed.
