Capeview is a six bedroom stand alone house which may be let with 3 or 6 bedrooms. Modern facilities and all the domestic requirements for a seaside holiday. Flat level section with ample off street parking.
Wonderful veiws of East Cape and the sea and harbour. The 11km white sand and safe beach is 200 metres away. Seafood harbour reastaurants are located 15 minutes away in Whakatane and two local restaurants are 2 minutes by car.
The Ohope International Golf Course is 2 minutes by car and is a wonderful seaside links course with beautiful sea views. There are walks and biking in the area. The house is 1.5 hours drive from Rotorua and there are several good quality courses within 30 minutes drive.
