Beachfront house; private, serene 1950s traditional Kiwi home only 50m to the sandy beach and surf. Huge enclosed yard w/exotic native plants & trees, Surrounded by decks, both master bdrm & lounge face the sea. This is a magical place w/the sound of the surf lulling you to sleep,long slow sunsets w/180 degree sea views. Only 50M to a very cool coffee /gift shop. Walk 10min along the beach to our cute village with a stone fired pizza-deli a fine Pub/Restuarant (good food!), beauty salon, grocery, great art gallery, florist, gift shop (with hand crafted Maori jade), train museum. We'll provide meals on advance request (am retired Chef). Airport pick-up/drop off (7 seat van) Train /bus every 20min for the 30Km trip to Wellington Stadium.
