The quiet motel with a million dollar view. Totally smoke-free (buildings and grounds). All units have recently been fully renovated with new kitchens and bathrooms. Situated on a ridge top we enjoy the most spectacular views over Waitangi, Russell and the Bay Ocean.
Four minutes drive to Paihia town centre, one of the most peaceful, traffic-noise free locations of any ocean view motels in the Paihia area. Despite this we are only three minutes drive to the beach, and two minutes to Haruru Falls.
Many guests return to enjoy the fabulous scenery, exceptionally quiet location and our hospitality.
Most units have spectacular views from the rooms, deck or balcony. All have cooking facilities and are strictly non-smoking.
