This magnificent Victorian style villa was built in 1906 in Auckland. 90 years later it was transported to Rotorua and completely renovated. Enjoy a stroll through the large gardens or a walk along our road. This will show you the beauty of rural New Zealand. An excellent place for rest after a days sight-seeing. Enjoy breakfast with great views in a room where the early morning sun streams through the leadlight windows.
Close to all major tourist attractions and golf courses, there is also an excellent range of restaurants only 10 minutes away. Smoke free home, five rooms available, one room with bathroom and wheelchair access.
