Overlooking some of the region’s oldest sauvignon blanc vines in the original Home Block vineyard, the team around Restaurateurs Liz Parkes and Dietmar Schnarre is serving seasonal menus to match the pick from Drylands, Nobilo, Kim Crawford and Selaks vineyards.
