Friendly kiwi hosts Penny and Matthew welcome you to their 1910 cottage on 6 acres of farmland. Situated 10 minutes from Napier, Hastings and Havelock North. Close to wineries, Cape Kidnappers and many local attractions.
The cottage sleeps 10 and is ideal for family groups, sports groups and as a weekend retreat for friends.
There are big sunny decks to relax on and enjoy the rural outlook. We have a small vineyard of Merlot grapes in the fully fenced yard.
The cottage is fully self-contained with TV, DVD, stereo, BBQ, full kitchen, laundry Comfortable beds with linen provided.
Enjoy local birdlife and our farm animals over the fence.
A short walk takes you to our local wetlands or the beach,
