From locally roasted coffee to picking and eating luscious seasonal fruit, to devouring decadent dark chocolate, to local honey and olive oil. After lunch iat the stunning Wither Hills winery restaurant we launch into cheesemaking. Lisa, the cheese-maker from award winning Sherrington Grange Cheese takes the cheesemaking class and then guides us through a range of her cheeses matched with Wither HIlls wines.
