This eco-friendly retreat is an artistic balance of old beams, mudbricks & straw-bale walls. It has the durability of a hill-fortress albeit a very luxurious one. From the turret-like viewing room it is a scene akin to a kingdom & with 360 degrees of stunning hill country, Pacific Islands & coastal vistas, you can indeed feel like king or queen of all you survey.
The Lodge has 3 luxury units that you can have individually or you can book the entire lodge out for larger groups & complete privacy.
Each of the luxury suites has an open fire, underfloor heating, silk duvet inners, pillows & a spa bath in the private garden.
250 acres of land to explore by foot or one of the black Dutch Friesian horses. Centrally located near Waihi.
