Pricing and Conditions

• Other charges: Accommodation prices quoted on this web site are guaranteed for travellers who present a valid BBH Club Card and pay cash on arrival. Higher rates (+$3 per person for the share room and +$5 per person for private room) will apply if you don't have a club card. BBH cards cost $45 per person (including $20 of phone calls). Cards can be purchased on arrival at hostel.
• Further pricing information: Office Hours are 8am to 10pm. No checkins after 10pm. Please ensure you advise us your arrival time when making your booking. Check out is 10am. Unless credit card details are received we cannot guarantee your booking. Credit cards will be validated but not charged and you will be required to pay in full on arrival. Because we are a "budget backpacker accommodation" with a small number of rooms, cancellations affect our hostel significantly. We appreciate at least three days notice if you have a change of plans. You may be charged if you cancel after this time. If you cancel within 24 hours you will be charged one night's tariff or 50% of the entire booking, whichever is the greater. If you do not show up at the hostel on your arrival date and have failed to inform us that you wish to cancel your booking, this is classed as a No Show. In this case, full charge of your total booking cost will be applied. Please enquire about our longer stay/weekly options which we will consider on a case by case basis. To qualify for the weekly special you must tell us when checking in that you intend to stay for the week i.e. 7 consecutive days. Random days cannot be accumulated to make up the week. Payment must be made when checking in. Please also note: We provide all bed linen. No sleeping bags to be used in beds.
