Located beside the Maitai River in central Nelson, two minutes walk from the Visitor Information Centre, Suzanne Bateup creates unique woven and knitted garments and accessories in her Weavers Gallery studio. Designed and made on the premises, her products are made from 100% pure New Zealand wool, mohair, possum and silk fibers. Suzanne’s range includes jackets, sweaters, vests, shawls, hats, scarves and knitting yarn. Her gallery is open weekdays. She is happy to open by appointment, please phone 64-3-5466058.
