This pretty 1900's cottage is set amongst other character homes on the first road to be built on Napiers Bluff Hill. It is well insulated, with air-conditioning and an open fire in the master bedroom assuring year round comfort. A security alarm ensures peace of mind.
There are 3 bedrooms, 2 with Queen beds and the 3rd with 2 singles,
Included in the cottage are washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, fridge, iron and ironing board, hotel quality beds and bed linen, 32 inch Lcd television and DVD player with a selection of DVD's and books when you feel like cuddling up on the comfy couches. All new crockery, cutlery, pots, pans and small appliances are supplied and a bottle of wine and a couple of beers will welcome you.
