Welcome to our B&B/Homestay set in 4 acres on the Waitangi River. We are conveniently situated just out of Paihia township on the way to Kerikeri.
Stroll through our gardens & native bush, home to many birds including Moreporks (NZ’s native owl). Feed our tame alpacas, goat & sheep. Meet our personable cat.
All rooms have an ensuite (one with a large bath), TV & DVD, tea/coffee, refrigerator, wireless broadband & a welcome pack. Two rooms have a sofa and own deck.
We love to cook and offer yummy full breakfasts as well as gourmet or light evening meals.
You’re welcome to share our huge lounge with views over the river & farmland beyond. We can offer tour advice & bookings. Our water is filtered and UV sterilised. We are both Kiwis.
