Two double rooms with ensuite on a hill country sheep and cattle farm only 10 minutes from SH1 and midway between Rotorua and Wellington in peaceful rural surroundings with many adventure and scenic attractions nearby. The Garden Room has private entry from the front verandah, overlooking the large country garden and lawns.
