The passion Paul has for Pounamu shows in every piece he carves. Paul's work is sold throughout New Zealand in many leading galleries and gift stores, and he really enjoys exhibitions also.
He has also just recently become a registered New Zealand with The South Island Tribe Ngai Tahu. What this means is that the stone that Paul purchases can be authenticated as New Zealand Jade and is not imported jade, he is now one of the few who are licensed to work with this treasured stone of Aotearoa.
On offer at the unique mobile carving studio is a beautiful range of Pounamu jewellery and art that show off the stunning array of colours found in different areas of the South Island.
