The City Flyers are a low-cost, convenient and eco-friendly link between the Central City and Christchurch International Airport. A City Flyer leaves, from outside the international terminal every 30 minutes in peak times.
City Flyers service the Airport on two separate routes: City Flyer via Fendalton (No. 29) and the City Flyer via Merivale (No.10). Both services call into the International Antarctic Centre.
The journey time, whether via Fendalton (No. 29) or Merivale (No.10) takes approximately 30 minutes. The timetable is available on our website.
Fares - Adult $7.50 one way, $13 return. Child $4.50 one way, $7.50 return. The return ticket is valid within a month of purchase.
