Our 1907 colonial villa is the perfect location from which to explore downtown Wellington, the waterfront, or nearby Karori Sanctuary.
Alternatively, an early evening stroll in the neighbouring Botanic Gardens is a great way to unwind.
The newly refurbished accommodation is a self contained double room with en suite shower room and kitchenette.
