• Further pricing information: Terms and Conditions Costs All prices are listed in New Zealand dollars and are subject to change and availability. We make every effort to ensure that the prices stated are correct and prices will be confirmed at the time of booking. Should a discrepancy occur or an incorrect price be published by us, we reserve the right to charge the correct price or offer you the option to cancel the package. Payment For all bookings made 45 days or more prior to departure, the package can be secured with a 20% deposit. The balance is due 35 days prior to departure. If the package begins within 35 days of booking, full payment is required upon confirmation. We accept Visa and Mastercard only. Amendments Amendments made after your booking is confirmed will incur a minimum charge of $50, plus any fees or cancellation charges imposed by accommodation providers or service operators. Cancellations Bookings cancelled over 35 days before departure will incur a cancellation fee of $50.00. Bookings cancelled within 14-35 days of departure will incur a 25% cancellation fee. Bookings cancelled within 7-14 days of departure will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Bookings cancelled within 7 days of departure will incur a 100% cancellation fee. Please note: Due to Rugby World Cup conditions applied by Accommodation providers, all accommodation bookings for September and October will incur a 100% fee if cancelled within 30 days of the package commencing. Please ensure you have adequate travel insurance to cover the eventuality of cancellation. Refunds No refunds will be made on any unused portion of the holiday, and components cannot be substituted once the ski package has commenced. If the ski field is closed for any reason, any refunds will be at the discretion of the ski field operator. Arrival in Resort We do not offer flight inclusive packages as budget deals are constantly being offered by competing airlines. Please ensure you have adequate travel insurance to cover delay or disruption of flights, affecting the commencement of your ski package.
