In 1991 we opened the doors to an unforgettable adventure of a lifetime. Taylor made Tours was born and beach trips from Dargaville via Mahuta Gap onto Ripiro Beach began.
The trips involve retracing the old shipping routes of yesteryear, finding their relics sprawled through the massive sand dunes, climbing 100m to the Kaipara Lighthouse for a rewarding view of the Tasman Sea and Kaipara Harbour entrance, sand tobogganing, surfcasting, netting and digging your own Tuatuas.
