The Downs B&B offers quality accommodation in our large modern home. A wander round the beautiful park-like gardens is a lovely way to unwind after your journey.
Peace, tranquillity and bird song are part of the surroundings here. The guest rooms are very spacious with each having its own T.V, comfortable armchairs and ensuites. All are furnished to a very high standard.
A full kiwi and continental breakfast is served in the guest lounge or on the balcony. There is also a complimentary self-service bar and tea and coffee making facilities with home baking available at all times.
A free guest laundry is also available. There are very good restaurants in Geraldine village which is only 1.5 kilometres away.
