This holiday home provides a haven in central Warkworth for you to explore the vineyards and beaches of north Auckland. It has a covered deck and hooded barbecue so you can enjoy dining in the private backyard on summer evenings.
The main bedroom has a queen size bed and ensuite shower and toilet. There are two king single beds in the second bedroom and two single beds in the third bedroom.
The bathroom (with bath and shower) and the separate toilet adjoin the laundry area which has an automatic washing machine and drier.
The kitchen is fully functional with an electric stove, microwave, dishwasher and small refrigerator/freezer. The adjoining dining area opens onto a covered rear deck suitable for barbeque evenings ( hooded barbeque provided).
The lounge opens onto the front deck which has views over the town to nearby hills and farmland.
This area is known for its vineyards and beaches all within 45 minutes drive. The town itself is very attractive to walk around.
