Set in an elevated position on 4 acres with native plants and trees and overlooking a tranquil harbour, we offer relaxed and intimate accommodation for your stay in romantic Russell and the beautiful Bay of Islands.
The Hanlon's is set in a spectacular location between the township of Russell and the Opua to Okiato Vehicular Ferry. We have two suites for our guests which are self-contained from the main house and share a living area, with a well equipped kitchenette, and with extensive decks.
Enjoy the tranquility of our home as you relax on the deck and watch the bird life in the gardens, or maybe take a walk down to "our" beach and take a stroll around the rocks. Of course, you could even take the dinghy for a row, and maybe even try a spot of fishing on the peaceful waters of Pomare Bay.
